Nazare, James N., 73, died suddenly at home on Wednesday, December 1, 2021. He was born in Kearny, raised in North Arlington and lived throughout essex county, moving to Union, where he and his wife raised their family and has lived in Florham Park the past 23 years. He was very proud of his service to country. At the age of 21, he was drafted into the Army and fought during the Vietnam War 1969-1971. He worked as a Computer Operator for the City of Newark, where he met his wife Debbie and then in 1981, he entered into the Carpenters Union #1342 of Bloomfield for over 30 years, retiring at age 62. James is survived by his beloved wife of 42 Years, Debbie (nee Zarro), by his beautiful daughters, Lisa Reiter & her husband, Mark, Nicole Novak & her husband, Michael and Jaimie Nazare & her companion, Mike. He has five amazing grandchildren, George, Audrey, Gianna, Derek and Gracie. Jimmy had a very direct way about him, but with a genuine and kind spirit and he will be missed deeply by all who loved him.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation held at Nazare Memorial Home Inc. 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Sunday, December 5, 2021 from 1 to 5PM. All will gather at the funeral home on Monday, December 6, 2021 at 9:30AM. Funeral service begins 10:30AM. Interment to follow, Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
