Zdzislaw Omeljaniuk, 78, died on Sunday, December 1, 2019. He is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Zofia Omeljaniuk (nee Zachur), by his children, Robert & his wife, emily, Arthur & his wife, Michelle and Amanda Omeljaniuk and his granddaughter, Charlotte. Zdzislaw is also survived by his brothers and sisters of Poland, Canada and the U.S. His cremation was private.
