Obituary of Mario Bello
Bello, Mario, 89, died on Saturday, December 14, 2019. Mr. Bello was born in Campora, Salerno, Italy, came to America in 1962, living in Jersey City until 5 years ago when they moved into Lyndhurst. In Italy, Mario was a Carabinier (Police Officer) for 10 years, and then worked for the Archdiocese of Newark at Holy Name Cemetery, Jersey City until 1997 when he retired. He is predeceased by his parents, the Late, Angelo Bello & Filomina (nee Trotta). Mario is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Angelina (nee Caroccia), by his loving children, Filomena Durso, Angelo Bello & his wife, Carmela, by his dear grandchildren, Domenico and Mario Durso and Mario and Francesca Bello, by his brothers and sister, the Late, Antonio and the Late, Bernardo Bello, Domenico and Maria Bello and also many loving nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited attend the visitation held at Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Wednesday, December,18, 2019 from 3 to 8 PM. All will gather on Thursday, December 19, 2019 at 10AM, then to Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, North Arlington where at 11 AM a Funeral Mass will be offered. Entombment, Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington.
