Obituary of Debra A. Wood

Wood, Debra A. (nee Grossman), died on Saturday, January 2, 2021.  Debra was born and raised in Newark and lived most of her life in Lyndhurst.  She worked as a hairdresser for over 40 years, primarily at Paladium Palace in Lyndhurst and also as a bartender at various locations.  She loved watching Hallmark movies, Netflix binging, and going to casinos, but most of all she loved her family and friends, always living life to the fullest and doing what she wanted.  Debra is survived by her loving children, John and Lisa Missaggia, by her dear brothers and sisters, Dave Handelman, Robert Grossman, AnnMarie Arce, Cynthia Reed, Dawn Ostrander, and Lisa Magliaro, by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews, by her best friend, Donna Choynowski, and by her 5 fur children, Rocky, Oreo, Hank, Shelby, and Chloe.  She was predeceased by her sister, Cheryl Ann Grossman.
