DuBois, John H. "Doobie," 57, of Lyndhurst, died on Thursday, January 18, 2024. Mr. DuBois was born in Passaic and a life long resident of Lyndhurst.  John is survived by his parents, Rosaria "Sadie" (nee Scardino)  and the late John H. DuBois,  by his sisters, Mary Kathryn DuBois and Paula Zembryski & her husband, Stephen, and their daughter, his niece, Christie Zembryski. He is also survived by his wife, Marcella Valente, by his mother in law, Marie Valente, brother in laws, Michael Valente & his wife, Teresa and John Paul Valente & his wife, Yuly, by nieces and nephews, Giancarlo, Sienna, Angelica and Giovanni Valente and by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends and especially his dear Poppie. Doobie was a very loving and devoted man. He always had a smile on his face and a contagious and unique laugh. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Mass at Sacred Heart Church, Lyndhurst on Friday, January 26, 2024 at 10:15AM.  Mass begins 10:30AM.  Please omit flowers, rather make a donation in John's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or online by clicking here..
