Dolores Arnone (nee Pantoliano), 85, died peacefully on Thursday, April 17, 2025, surrounded by her loving children. Born in Hoboken and grew up in Weehawken, she was the cherished daughter of the late Joseph Pantoliano and Rose (nee Romano) Pantoliano. She married the love of her life, Michael Arnone in 1961, and they moved briefly to Union City, then lived in East Rutherford for the past 57 years.

She was a Realtor for Century 21, East Rutherford, and a Purchasing Manager for Coty Cosmetics in NYC. Dolores loved her family and expressed her love through her cooking for them. She always had an eye for fashion, with her clothes, jewelry and purses, and loved her perfume. Known for her kindness, Dolores had a unique way of making people feel cared for, often with the simplest gestures, making sure friends and family were never alone. Her presence touched many lives, leaving a lasting impact on those fortunate enough to know her.

Dolores is predeceased by her siblings, Patrick, Peter, and James Pantoliano, Mary Marzocca, Anna Girardo, and Mildred Briguglio. She is also predeceased by her beloved husband of 27 years, Michael Arnone, who passed away in 1988. She is survived by her loving children -daughter, Rosanne Strauss & her husband Ross, and her son, Michael Arnone & his wife Suzanne. Her legacy of love continues through her cherished grandchildren, Carly and Nicholas Strauss, and Danielle and Michael Arnone, along with many nieces and nephews.

Dolores’ kindness, loyalty, and gentle soul will be deeply missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of those who were blessed to know her. Dolores appreciated her family and friends during her life and in her final days.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation held on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, from 3 PM to 7 PM. All will gather at the funeral home on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at 11 AM. Then to St. Joseph Church, East Rutherford, where at 12 PM, a funeral mass will be offered. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
