Maria Katherine Kikkert (nee Mahoney), 89, died on Thursday, November 6, 2025.  Maria was born in and lived in Jersey City and moved to Lyndhurst in 1974.  She lived in Wisconsin since 2024 with her daughter.  Mrs. Kikkert worked at Haven Savings Bank in Hoboken for 20 years.  She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 50 years, John W. Kikkert, Sr. in 2016 and by her dear brothers, William and John Mahoney.  Maria is survived by her loving children, John W. Kikkert, Jr. and Karen Ann Malone and by her cherished grandchildren, Nicole, Alexis, Matthew, and Andrew.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, NJ on Friday, November 14, 2025 from 9 AM - 10:30 AM.  A funeral mass will be offered at 11 AM at Assumption Church, 143 1st Street, Wood-Ridge, NJ.  Entombment, Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington.  In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital online by clicking here.  You may express your condolences to Maria's family by using our tribute wall.
