Lorraine C. Ziolko (nee Moore), 96, died on Thursday, January 1, 2026. Mrs. Ziolko was born and raised in Jersey City where she lived most of her life. Lorraine was a hardworking woman, working various jobs throughout her life. A woman of deep faith, Lorraine was a longtime parishioner of St. Ann’s Church in the Jersey City Heights, where she served faithfully as a lector. Her devotion to her church and her role within it were a meaningful part of her life. Lorraine was predeceased by her beloved husband, Bill Ziolko in 1990 and is survived by her loving children, Kathleen Drennan and her husband, Kevin and Lorryn Gumble and her husband, Mark, by her grandchildren, Aja, Hilary, Kevin, Alanah, Stephen, and Zachary, by her great grandchildren, George, Charles, Luciana, Andre, Noa, Kathleen, Marion, Penelope, Theodore, Desmond, Cole and Lyla and by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her brothers and sisters.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 from 9 - 10 AM. A funeral mass will be offered at 10:30 AM at Sacred Heart Church, Lyndhurst. Interment, Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
