Obituary of Mayo Stella De

De Mayo, Stella (nee De Flumeri) 99, of Lyndhurst, died on Thursday, May 3, 2012. Mrs. De Mayo was born in and has been a life long resident of Lyndhurst. She was a Seamstress for many years, retiring 15 years ago. She was a member of the Sacred Heart Seniors. Stella was predeceased by her beloved husband, Joseph De Mayo in 2006 and by her daughter, Caroline Del Bagno on March 1, 2012. She is survived by her loving sons, Dr. Joseph De Mayo of Clifton and Gary De Mayo of Lake Hopatcong, by her sisters, Mary De Venio and Anna Marie Feleky, both of Lyndhurst, and by her dear seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral from Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Monday, May 7, 2012 at 9 AM then to Sacred Heart Church, Lyndhurst where at 10 AM a Funeral Mass will be offered. Cremation Private. Visiting hours Sunday 1-5 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Stella De Mayo Scholarship Fund, 187 Chestnut Street, Nutley NJ 07110.
