Marrone, Michael J., Sr. 94, of Lyndhurst, died on Saturday, September 22, 2012. Mr. Marrone was born in Washington D.C. and has been a resident of Lyndhurst since 1925. He was a WWII Veteran 2nd Lt. of Army Air Corps. He was an Accountant and Comptroller for MGM Records and Buddah Records, both of New York City, retiring 1980. He was a member of the AmVETS Post 20 and the Columbus Club, both of Lyndhurst. Michael was predeceased by his beloved wife, Yolanda C. (nee Delaporte) Marrone in 1990. He is survived by his loving sons, Michael Marrone & his wife, Lisa, Stephen Marrone & his wife, Susan and Thomas Marrone, by his dear grandchildren, Christopher, Gina, Laura, Claire and Ava Marrone. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral from Nazare Memorial Home, inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at 10 AM then to Sacred Heart Church, Lyndhurst where at 11 AM a Funeral Mass will be offered. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Visiting hours Tuesday 4-8 PM.
