Obituary of Annette Jiosi

Jiosi, Annette (nee Boscia), 80, died on Friday, September 22, 2023.  Mrs. Jiosi was born and raised in Newark before moving to Lyndhurst in 1961.  Annette married her husband, Peter Jiosi in 1974 and moved to Clifton where she was a resident since.  She worked as a customer service representative for Becton Dickinson in Rutherford, retiring in 1997 and was a member of the Mount Carmel Society in Lyndhurst.  Annette is survived by her beloved husband of nearly 50 years, Peter Jiosi, by their loving son, Angelo Jiosi, by her dear sisters, Claudia Alamo, MaryAnne Wolfe, and the late Barbara Harrington and their families, and by her brothers-in-law, Jerry Jiosi, Bobby Jiosi, the late Frank Jiosi, and the late Angelo Jiosi and their families.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, NJ on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 from 4 - 8 PM.  All will gather at the funeral home on Thursday, September 28 at 9 AM then to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Lyndhurst where at 10 AM a funeral mass will be offered.  Entombment, Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington.  In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to American Cancer Society, P.O.
