Annabelle Nancy Gibson, 86, of Lyndhurst passed away on Tuesday October 24, 2023 at Daughters of Israel in West Orange, New Jersey.  Born in Hackensack, New Jersey, and raised in Lyndhurst to Anne and Anthony Nazare, she was the eldest of seven siblings. She had an infectious personality that was larger than life and made her many friends. She is predeceased by her beloved son, Julian Michael Gibson, and her siblings Thomasina Vellis, Vincent, Nick, and Anthony Nazare. She is survived by her brothers Joseph Nazare, partner Florence Amato and Raymond Nazare, his wife Donna. Her children, Anthony Gibson and Donna DiTonto, her husband Henry Di Tonto, by her dear grandchildren, Genevieve Kelly, husband Ciaran Kelly, Ashleigh Di Tonto, husband Matthew Kline, Toni-Marie Gibson, Alexandra Raimo partner Brandon Jones and her great-grandchildren Ciara, Jamie, Maeve, Brooks, Raimo Michael, and many beloved nieces and nephews.


Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial visitation held at Nazare Memorial Home, 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Monday, October 30, 2023 from 6 to 8 PM.  Memorial Service begins at 7:30PM.  You may express condolences to Annie’s family by using our tribute wall.
