Obituary of Genevieve V. Busch

Busch, Genevieve "Jean" V. (nee Palinksi), 93, of Lyndhurst, died on Wednesday, January 10, 2018. Mrs. Busch was born and raised in Jersey City and was a resident of Lyndhurst for 60 years, where she worked as a homemaker. Jean enjoyed crafting and gardening and was an avid bingo player. She is predeceased by her beloved husband of 65 years, Walter Busch in 2011 and survived by their loving children, Nancy Manganaro, and her husband Louis, and Barbara Stillwell and her husband, Robert, by her cherished granddaughters, Lauren Patterson and Megan Stillwell, by her dear great grandson, Everett Ilnicki, and by her sister, Irene Serzan and also survived by her wonderful caregiver and close friend, Nana Omarashvili. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, NJ on Friday, January 12, 2018 from 4 - 8 PM. All will gather at the funeral home on Saturday, January 13 at 9:30 then to St. Michael's Church, Lyndhurst where at 10:30 AM a funeral mass will be offered. Interment, Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
