Calcagno, John B. of Lyndhurst on Monday July 3, 2006; Beloved husband of Margaret (nee Zanetti) Calcagno; Loving father of Louis Calcagno, & his wife, Audrey; Grandfather of Danielle & David Calcagno; Brother of Mary Fulcinelli; Uncle of Stephen Fulcinelli. He was born in and raised New York, NY, and has been a resident of Lyndhurst since 1946;died Monday July 3, 2006 in St. Mary�s Hospital, Passaic. He is an Army Veteran serving in WWII (1942-45). He was a POW (1943-45) who earned a Bronze Star and a Purple Heart. He was a Plant Operator for U.O.P. Chemical Company, East Rutherford for 25 years, retiring in 1985. He was a Parishioner and Usher of Sacred Heart Church as well as a member of their Seniors Club and Holy Name Society, all of Lyndhurst Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from Nazare Memorail Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, NJ on Friday July 6, 2006 at 8:30 AM then to Sacred Heart Church. Lyndhurst where at 9:30 AM a Funeral Mass will be offered. Interment Hillside Cemetery, Lyndhurst. Visiting hours Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to: The Lyndhurst Police Emergency Squad or Lyndhurst P.B.A.
