Obituary of Carlo J. Martorana

Martorana, Carlo J., 79, died on Friday November 16, 2007. Mr. Martorana was born in Newark, lived in Jersey City and Lyndhurst for the past 35 years. He served in the U.S. Army from 1946 until 1949. He was a Truck Driver for Cooper Jarrett, Maspeth, NY for 25 years, retiring in 1995. Carlo is survived by his beloved wife, Virginia (nee Di Spirito) of Lyndhurst, his loving children, Pamela, Joseph, Carl, Thomas and Bruce Martorana, his dear grandchildren, Megan Manzi, Jessica, Ashley, and Dana Martorana, Jaclyn Bocchicchio, Samantha and Jeffrey Martorana and his brother, Anthony Martorana. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral on Monday November 19, 2007 at 8:30AM from the Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst then to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Lyndhurst where at 9:30AM a Funeral Mass will be offered. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Visiting hours Sunday 2-4 & 7-9PM.
