Obituary of Josephine Franchino

Franchino, Josephine �Jaye� (nee Yaccobucci) 95, died on Thursday November 20, 2008 at her residence. She was born and raised in Hoboken, and has lived in Lyndhurst for the past 80 years. She was a Seamstress for Lyn Maid-Lingerie of Lyndhurst for 20 years before retiring in 1977. Mrs. Franchino was predeceased by her beloved husband, Joseph J. Franchino (1978) & her granddaughter, Daniele Sirignano. She is survived by her devoted children, Laraine Hickey & her husband Thomas of Lyndhurst and Ronald Franchino & his wife Dee of North Arlington, dear sister, Ida Oliveri of Lyndhurst, her loving grandchildren, Stephen Franchino and his wife Judith and Sean Sirignano, and his wife Kelly, and a great-granddaughter. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend the Funeral from the Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Monday November 24, 2008 at 8:30AM, then to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Lyndhurst where at 9:30AM a Funeral Mass will be offered. Interment Hillside Cemetery, Lyndhurst. Visiting hours Sunday 1-5PM.
