Obituary of Onorio F. DeLuca

DeLuca, Onorio F. �Duke� 85, of Lyndhurst died on Friday, February 25, 2011. Mr. DeLuca was a life long resident of Lyndhurst. He was a Navy Veteran who served in WWII and Korean War 1943 to 1946 and 1951 to 1952. He worked as a Carpenter and Painter of Duke�s Home Improvements for 50 years, retiring in 1995. He was a member of The AmVets Post #20 of Lyndhurst. He was predeceased by his wife, the late Florence (nee Boglivi) DeLuca in 1979 and his brothers, Dante & Dennis DeLuca. Duke is survived by his wife, Anna (nee Lisi) Caputo, his children Linda Molinaro & her husband, Charles, Susan Santagata & her husband, Arthur and Thomas DeLuca & his wife, Diane, by his grandchildren, Dale, Lauren & Jeff DeLuca, Tracey & Michael Molinaro and Theresa Santagala, by his great granddaughter, Alyssa, by his sister, Vincenzia Battalino and brothers, George, Raymond, Michael and Joseph DeLuca. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral held at Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Tuesday, March 1, 2011 from 9AM and the Funeral Service to be held at 10AM. Interment Hillside Cemetery, Lyndhurst. Visiting hours Monday, 2-4 & 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family will accept donations.
