Veltre, Norma R. (nee Romano), 86, of Nutley died June 19, 2009. Mrs. Veltre was born in Jersey City, lived in North Bergen and Union City most of her life and has been a resident of Nutley for the last 20 years. She was a Homemaker. Beloved wife of Patsy Veltre. Loving mother of Patrice Spiegel and her husband Edwin, Jonathan Veltre and his wife, Susan. Grandmother of Jessica Patzer, Meghan Maddelena, Lacey and Kyle Spiegel, Alexandria, Nicholas, Dominic and Christian Veltre. Great grandmother of Brooke Riley Maddelena. Sister of Madeline Ruvere, Anthony Romano and Lucille Scerbo. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral from Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Tuesday June 23, 2009 at 8:30 AM then to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Lyndhurst where at 9:30 AM a Funeral Mass will be offered. Entombment Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington. Visiting hours Monday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
