Friedel, Robert 85, of Lyndhurst died on Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at his residence. Mr Friedel was born and lived in Jersey City and has been a resident of Lyndhurst since 1967. He was a member of American Merchant Marine Veteran, Dennis A. Roland Chapter, Midland Park. He was a Tool & Dye Maker. Robert is survived by his beloved wife, Sophie (nee Warlikowski) Friedel, his loving children, Robert Friedel of Marlton and JoAnn Acquaire of Pompton Plains and by his dear three granddaughters. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral from Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Saturday, January 23, 2010 at 8:30AM then to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Lyndhurst where at 9:30AM a Funeral Mass will be offered. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Visiting hours Friday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
