Obituary of Vincent A. Paluzzi

Vincent (�Vince�) A. Paluzzi, 79, returned to his Eternal Father and loving wife Lillian, on October 9, 2009. A life-long resident of Lyndhurst, Vince served in the Korean War from 1951-1953, and earned seven major battle ribbons . Upon discharge, he was self employed as a building contractor for some 45 years and was passionate about his work and his customers, many of whom were Lyndhurst residents and life-long friends. Vince was very active in the Lyndhurst Elks (a past Exalted Ruler), American Legion and VFW, and also Boy Scout Troop 88, where he was a Scout Master for many years. His great love was his family. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and brother, and his passing into eternal peace will leave a great void here on earth. Son of the late Luigi and Tomasina Paluzzi , of Lyndhurst, husband of the late Lillian A. Paluzzi (nee Hott) for 51 years, Vince is survived by his sons, Vincent J. Paluzzi Esq. and his wife Pamela of Ewing, New Jersey. Dr. Richard G. Paluzzi and his wife Dr. Sandra Astrid Paluzzi, of Cherry Hill, New Jersey, his grandchildren, Sarah, Jason, Christian and Alex, whom he doted on and adored, and his sister, Anna Koval, of Edison, New Jersey. Entombment was private. A Memorial Service for family and friends will be announced at a later date.
