Veniero, Julianna "Julie" (nee Gray). Of Lyndhurst, NJ . passed away peacefully on October 24, 2009 in Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital, NY. Julie was a 1966 graduate of William L. Dickinson High School, Jersey City and then graduated in 1967 from The Capri Beauty School, Clifton. She enjoyed a long and successful career as a beautician retiring in 1986. She most recently worked as a medical records clerk for Dr. Eastern of Belleville. Julie was active in Sacred Heart Parish, Lyndhurst and a member of the Rosary Society. Julie was best known for her happy personality, quick smile, her instant willingness to help others and for her love of animals. Julie was the self appointed family historian and photographer. She kept in touch with family members all over the United States and kept them informed of the news she gleamed. Julie is survived by her beloved husband Salvatore Veniero, co-owner of Veniero Lock and Safe, Jersey City, NJ. Loving mother of Donald McMillan and his wife Rosemarie, Jessica Veniero and Salvatore Veniero all of Lyndhurst. Dear grandmother of Nicholas, Makenzie and Robert. Loving sister of Glenn Gray of Clark, NJ and Edward Colelli of Atlantic Highlands, NJ. Predeceased by her parents the late Edwin and Julia (nee Shelton) Gray and a brother the late James Gray. She is also survived by an extended family of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins who mourn her loss. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral from the Nazare Memorial Home Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Wednesday October 28, 2009 at 8 AM then to Sacred Heart Church where at 9 AM a Funeral Mass will be offered. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ. Visiting on Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9PM.
