Dvorak, Ann (nee Sconza) 77, of Lyndhurst died on Sunday December 13, 2009. Mrs. Dvorak was raised in Lyndhurst, lived in Clifton for 35 years and has been a resident of Lyndhurst for the past 10 years. She was a Homemaker. Mrs. Dvorak is predeceased by her son, Steven Dvorak (2001). Ann is survived by her ex-husband John Vincent Dvorak, her loving children, David Dvorak, Robert Dvorak, Denise Pember, her daughter- in- law to be, Judy Forbes, Her sisters, Geraldine Coolick, and Teresa Sonta, and two dear grandchildren, Amanda Oehlmann, and Hayden Forbes. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral from the Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Thursday, December 17, 2009 at 9AM then to Saint Michael�s Church, Lyndhurst where at 10AM a Funeral Mass will be offered. Cremation private. Visiting hours Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9PM.
