Corio, Angelo L., 89, of Lyndhurst, died on Monday, March 19, 2018.  Mr. Corio was born and raised in Jersey City and has been a resident of Lyndhurst for 30 years.  Angelo proudly served in the United States Army during the Korean War.  He worked for Western Electric for 35 years and was a member of the American Veterans and Pioneers.  Angelo is predeceased by his brothers and sisters, Benida Tricoli and her husband, Nicholas, Theresa Kruse and her husband, Morgan, and Martin Corio and his wife, Margaret.  He is survived by his beloved wife, Ursula Corio (nee Golden) and their loving children, Louis Corio and his wife, Maureen, and Anne McNerney and her husband, Gary, by his cherished grandchildren, Leah, Tessa, and Daniel Corio and his wife, Julia, and Christopher McNerney, and by his brother and sister-in-law Alfred Golden and his wife, Toni, and Ann Golden, and her late husband, Edward. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, NJ, on Friday, March 23, 2018 from 4 - 8 PM.  All will gather at the funeral home on Saturday, March 24 at 10 AM then to St. Michael's Church, Lyndhurst where at 11 AM a funeral mass will be offered.  Entombment, Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Angelo's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or online at stjude.org.
