Obituary of Carolina Sciancalepore

Sciancalepore, Carolina (nee Farinola), 74, of Montville, died on Sunday, April 1, 2018.  Mrs. Sciancalepore was born in Molfetta, Italy and moved to Hoboken in 1956.  She lived in Secaucus for 11 years before moving to Montville where she lived for the past 5 years.  Carolina worked as an executive sales associate for Lord & Taylor of Willowbrook for 10 years, retiring in 2006 to care for her grandchildren.  She is survived by her loving children, Sergio Sciancalepore and his wife, Allyson, Antoinette Barbour and her husband, Ken, and Anthony Sciancalepore and his wife, Caroline, by her cherished grandchildren, Samantha, Andrew, Ellie, Marlina, Sofia, Joseph, Marina, and Ava, and by her dear brother and sisters, Tommy Farinola, Susanna Farinola, Theresa DeCandia, and the late Marta Saputo. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, NJ on Thursday, April 5, 2018 from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 PM.  All will gather at the funeral home on Friday, April 6 at 10 AM then to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Lyndhurst where at 11 AM a funeral mass will be offered.  Entombment, Holy Cross Mausoleum, North Arlington.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Carolina's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or online at stjude.org
