Obituary of Louis Francis Guanci

Guanci, Jr., Louis "Frank," 75, of North Arlington, died on Sunday, May 20, 2018. Mr. Guanci Jr. was born and raised in Jersey City and has been a resident of North Arlington for 50 years. Frank was an Army Veteran who served in Vietnam War from 1964 to 1970. He worked as a parking violation officer for the Boro of North Arlington for 22 years, retiring in 2013 and was also a member of the Knights of Columbus, Queen of Peace Chapter.  Frank is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years this September, Noreen M. (nee Niland) Guanci, by his loving sons, Frank Guanci and his wife, Chrissy, and Richard Guanci, and by his dear grandchildren, Frankie, Jessica and Amanda.

 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation held at Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road , Lyndhurst on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 from 4 - 8 PM .  All will gather on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 , 10AM at the funeral home then to Our Lady Queen of Peace Church , North Arlington, where at 11AM a Funeral Mass will be offered.  Entombment, Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington .  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Frank's memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis TN 38148-0142
