Obituary of Miert John J. Van

Van Miert, John J., 85, died on Monday July 18, 2011. Mr. Van Miert was born in Jersey City, lived 20 years in Lyndhurst and the past 23 years in Clifton. He was a WWII Marine from 1944-1946. John owned the People Park Florist of Paterson for many years. He is predeceased by his beloved wife, Helen (nee Donohue) in 2008, and his son, James in 1995. He is survived by loving son John J. Van Miert of Nutley, and by his granddaughters, Amanda and Megan. Entombment Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington on Thursday July 21, 2011.
