Obituary of Anna Martins

Martins, Anna (nee Guida), a 60-year resident of Hasbrouck Heights, passed away on Friday, December 30, 2011, two weeks short of her 99th birthday. Her final wish, to die in her home was granted, as she passed peacefully and mercifully. Mrs. Martins was born in Lyndhurst, NJ, and was baptized, communed, and married in Sacred Heart Church. She was the last surviving member of the six Guida children born and reared in Lyndhurst. Her husband, Albert C. Martins, passed in 1984. She is survived by her son, Richard Martins, and daughter-in-law, Ellen, of Fort Lauderdale, FL, and by many loving family members. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral from Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, on Saturday, January 7, 2012 visiting hours from 9-10 AM then to Sacred Heart Church, Lyndhurst where at 10:30 AM a Funeral Mass will be offered
