Sangi, Phyllis R. (nee Castellucci), 91, of Lyndhurst died on Friday, January 13, 2012. Mrs. Sangi was born in New York, NY and was a life long resident of Lyndhurst. She was a Nurse in Labor and Delivery for St. Mary�s Hospital and a Nurse for The Lyndhurst Board of Education for 16 years, retiring in 1980. She was a member of The Lyndhurst Historical Society, Sacred Heart Rosary Society and AARP. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Frank J. Sangi in 2009 and by her son, Frank J. Sangi, Jr. in 2003. Phyllis is survived by her loving daughter, Rosemary Homeister, by her sister, Antoinette Chiaro, by her grandchildren, Patrick Sangi, Nichole Coates, Rosemary Homeister, Laura Sangi and Frank Sangi and by her three great grandchildren, Nicholas, Karalina, Veranika and Victoria Rose. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral from the Nazare Memorial Home, Inc. 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at 9AM then to Sacred Heart Church, Lyndhurst where at 10AM a Funeral Mass will be offered. Interment Hillside Cemetery, Lyndhurst. Visiting hours Monday 2-6 PM.
