Obituary of Joseph A. Stefanelli

Stefanelli, Joseph A. Jr., 85, of Lyndhurst, died on Tuesday, January 31, 2012. Mr. Stefanelli was born and raised in Belleville and has been a resident of Lyndhurst for over 45 years. He was a Veteran serving in the Merchant Marines during WWII (1945). He was a Bus Driver for De Camp Bus Company of Clifton for 30 years, retiring in 2001. Joseph is survived by his beloved wife, Carmella M. (nee Della Volpe) Stefanelli, by his loving children, Joseph A. Stefanelli III & his wife, Linda, Mark A. Stefanelli & his wife, Angela and Judith Ross & her husband, Michael, by his brothers and sisters, Anthony Stefanelli, Rachel Brown, Marge Ritacco, Philip Stefanelli and Alice Petracione and by his dear five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral from Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Friday, February 3, 2012 at 8:30 AM then to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Lyndhurst where at 9:30 AM a Funeral Mass will be offered. Entombment Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington. Visiting hours Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
