Obituary of Angela Avato

Avato, Angela, 90, died on Sunday August 19, 2012. Ms. Avato was born and raised in Jersey City and has been a resident of Lyndhurst for the past 47 years. She was Assistant Controller for Biddle Purchasing, New York City for many years before she retired. Angela is predeceased by her sisters and brothers, the late Mary Coppola, Nancy Spinelli, Alice Augliera, Frank, John, Paul and Joseph Avato. She is survived by her dear cousin, Connie Domizio and sister-in-law, Ursula Avato and many loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral from the Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Thursday August 23, 2012 at 9AM then to Sacred Heart Church, Lyndhurst where at 10AM a Funeral Mass will be offered. Entombment, Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington. Visiting hours Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9PM. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Diabetes Association-N.J.
