Nazzaro, Jeannine A., 80, of Carlstadt, died on Wednesday, January 2, 2019.  Ms. Nazzaro was born in Jersey City, lived in Lyndhurst for 30 years, and was a resident of Carlstadt for the past 30 years.  Jeannine was a graduate of St. Dominic’s Academy in Jersey City and then received her master’s degree in education from Seton Hall University.  She was a teacher for over 50 years at St. Philip School in Saddle Brook and St. Anthony High School in Jersey City.  Jeannine was an animal lover and admirer of art.  She is predeceased by her parents, Jerry and Eleanor (Philbin) Nazzaro and survived by her loving brother and sister, Jerry and Linda A. Nazzaro, by her long time friend, Annette Delsandro, by her nieces and nephews, Janeen Smith, Lisa Young, and Brian and Gerard Nazzaro, and by many great nieces, great nephews, and friends

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial visitation on Saturday, January 12, 2019 from 10:30 AM to 12:15 PM.  A memorial mass will follow at 12:30 PM at Sacred Heart Church, Lyndhurst.  The family requests no flowers and instead, donations may be made in Jeannine’s memory to the Bergen County Animal Shelter, 100 United Lane, Teterboro, NJ 07608 or to a charity of your choosing.
