My sympathies to the Mastando family. You were all an important part of my childhood. The best was when big Al would hit infield practice and always confuse Anthony and Michael. Allie was a superstar and always had something kind to say to me.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Mastando family at this time. Ally was a solid and genuine guy. All through high school and as time went on, every time we ran into each other he always asked how I was doing, how’s my family. We always talked about sports and always had a good laugh and for that I always admired and respected him. May he Rest In Peace.

Alex I right this with a heavy heart and hand. You were such a big part of my childhood and I considered you more like a brother than a nephew. Life happened and we went separate ways even though I often thought about you and your family. I’m so grateful that we reconnected in recent years. Talking to you brightened my day and made me feel like a kid again. Laughing and reminiscing of the old days. You talked so much about your son I can tell how much you loved him and was so very proud of him I know your with your dad and grandpa now please give them both a kiss from me. I can’t believe how much I miss you already my brother ( we always said that to each other ) we both loved the Yankees and talked about them endlessly, we both felt like they had a good chance to go all the way this year. well I guess it’s time to say good bye
even though I don’t want to. Love you brother. Let’s go Yankees.

My heart goes out to the entire Family. I know this is an enormous loss and heartbreak for you all.
I love this Family so much, especially Mom Barbara, my sister-in-law Barbara, Brandon, Justin, Lisa and Alex.
I remember Allie when he came to VA Beach and sitting with him and Lisa on the beach, and how very funny he was.
I also remember at Eddie and Barbara's wedding when Allie and I danced together that his Dad looked at us and said "Now there is dynamite dancing with dynamite."
I hope many stories of times with Allie will bring a smile and laughter through all of this pain.
I love you all so much. I am here for whatever you need.
Love, Nancy (Aunt Nancy)

Words cannot express the sadness and heartache I feel for your family. I love you all very much . Allie and I were just texting about having good memories. He told me his dad had always said there wasn’t anything to leave in this world but good memories so have many of them. I have so many memories of great summers with Allie and Bea and aunt Barbara and uncle Allie mike and Ants. Best time of my life. I am a Yankee fan because of Allie and his dad . We went to so many games. I will miss you and you have touched and left so many great memories in many peoples lives. Rest In Peace and I know you will alway be watching your loved ones.
