Kranik, Ann (nee Grasso), 90, of Parsippany, died on Monday, May 27, 2019. Mrs. Kranik was born in Caldwell, raised in Bloomfield and had been a resident of Parsippany for 35 years. Ann was predeceased by her beloved husband, Eugene Kranik, by her brother, Anthony Grasso, by her sister, Marie Giunta and her niece, Diane Marshall. She is survived by her nieces and nephews, James & Kathy Giunta, Debbie & Ron Garofalo, Mark & AnnMarie Giunta, Patty Grasso & Stephen Ohmott, Carol Grasso & John Lubeck, by her grand nieces and nephews, Ryan, Shawn, Ronnie, Anthony, James, Luke, Mark, Matthew and Dana and by her great grand nieces and nephews, Christiano, Alexander, Adriana, Anthony and Alessandra. Also survived by her step daughters, Lynne Kranik, Beth Poole, Gale Young, Jill Brown, Jan Taylor and Kim Kranik, by her grandchildren, John, Kathy, Justin, Kara, Elena, Michelle, Sarah and Marty and by her great granddaughters, Natalie, Makayla, and Sophia.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Thursday, May 30, 2019 from 9:30 – 11:30 AM then to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Lyndhurst where a funeral mass will be offered at 11:30 AM.  Cremation Private. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Ann’s memory to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Parish office, 197 Kingsland Ave Lyndhurst, NJ 07071 or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis TN 38148-0142.
