Moretto, Dorothy, 84, died on Sunday, June 16, 2019.  Mrs. Moretto was born and raised in New York City and lived in Astoria, with her husband, Valentino, then in 1959 moved to Lyndhurst where they lived for many years.  In 2007, retiring to Toms River, where she has been a resident the past 12 years.  She worked for Pine Lesser (a confectionary distributor) in Clifton for many years and was quite proud to work for N.J. NETS as a Bookkeeper.  Dorothy is predeceased by her beloved husband, Valentino Moretto in April 2008.  She is survived by her loving children, Michael Moretto & his Fiance, Randi, Steven Moretto & his wife, Donna and Diane Capria & her husband, Al, by her dear grandchildren, Michelle, Christina, Jared, Allison, Steven Jr., Justin, Jason, Alyssa, Carissa, Ryan, Tori and Janel and her great-grandchildren, Brooke and Jazlyn.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation held at Nazare Memorial Home Inc, 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 from 4 to 8 PM.  All will gather at the funeral home on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at 9AM, then to St. Michael's Church, Lyndhurst where at 10AM a Funeral Mass will be offered.  Cremation private.  In lieu of flowers donation may be made in Dorothy's memory @  ASPCA.org/secure/donate
