Obituary of James M. Cavalcante

Cavalcante, James M., 63, of Lyndhurst, died on Friday, July 19, 2019.  Mr. Cavalcante was a lifelong resident of Lyndhurst.  James worked as a counter man for NAPA Auto Parts in Lyndhurst for many years.  He is survived by his loving companion, Denise Vecchio, by his devoted parents, James J. and Isabel (nee Rott) Cavalcante, by his daughter, Candice Cavalcante, by his dear granddaughter, Skye Marie Wellington, by his sister, Susan Kimball and her husband, Robert, by his nieces and nephews, Robert Kimball III, Nicole Breedlove and her husband, Richard, Julie Cheddad and her husband, Najib, and by his grand niece, Laila Cheddad.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Sacred Heart Church, Lyndhurst on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at 10:30 AM.  There will be no visitation at the funeral home and we ask everyone to assemble directly at the church.  Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington. In lieu of flowers, James' family requests donations be made in his memory to Sacred Heart Church, Lyndhurst.
