Obituary of Bruno P. Garreffa

Gareffa, Bruno P., 90, died on Monday, August 19, 2019 at his home.  Mr. Garreffa was born and raised in Jersey City and has lived in Lyndhurst since 1972.  He was Army Veteran serving from 1951-1952.  He worked as a Machine Set up man for Standard Packaging of Clifton for 25 years and  then worked as a Security Guard for the NJ Meadowlands for 14 years before he retired in 1996.  He is predeceased by his sisters, Mary Gareffa, Rose Catalano, Frances Cinardo and Yolanda Angotti and by his beloved wife, Frances A. (Luzzi) in December 1985.  Bruno and Frances had no children of their own, yet he will be missed by his dear nieces and nephews and their families.  He is also survived by his loving sister, Anna Gareffa.  

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visiation held at the Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, on Thursday, August 22, 2019 from 4 to 8PM.  All will gather at the funeral home on Friday, August 23, 2019 at 9AM then to St, Michael's Church where at 10AM a Funeral Mass will be offered.  Entombment, Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington. In liue of flowers,  please make a donation in Bruno's memory to St, Jude Childrens Research Hospital PO BOX 1000 dept 142   Memphis TN
