Henckel, Ann E., (nee English), 92, died on Monday, August 26, 2019.  Mrs. Henckel was born in Lyndhurst, married and lived in East Orange, before returning to Lyndhurst in 1971, where she has been a resident since.  She was a secretary for Griffith Foundation of Newark before becoming a fulltime homemaker for her family.  She is predeceased by her husband, George Henckel in 2006 and her two children, Daniel and Catherine Henckel.  Ann is survived by her loving daughters and sons, MaryAnn Hildebrand (Bill), Georgeann Ferrie (John), Patricia Braitsch (Bud), Barbara Lyman (Bill), Joanne Henckel, Thomas Henckel (Yvonne), Douglas Henckel (Jory) and Peter Henckel (Carla), by  her dear 21 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren, also by her many nieces and nephews.

 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation held at the Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road on Friday, August 30, 2019 from 3 to 7 PM.  All will gather at the funeral home on Saturday, August 31, 2019 at 9AM.  Then to Sacred Heart Church, Lyndhurst where at 10AM a Funeral mass will be offered.  Interment, Calvary Cemetery, McLean Boulevard,  Paterson.
