Hello,
I volunteer through VITAS Health Care and Gracie was assigned to me back in February of 2018. In that time, I came to know just how incredibly warm and funny and kind Grace's nature was and I feel blessed to have known her for almost two years. She lived a long and healthy life surrounded by family and friends who must have appreciated her bountiful spirit.
May she rejoice in Heaven and shine down on all of us now. God bless!
