Obituary of Edward J. DiLalla

DiLalla, Edward J., 74, of Lyndhurst, died on Friday, February 7, 2020.  Mr. DiLalla was born in Brooklyn, NY, grew up in Bergenfield, NJ, and was a resident of Lyndhurst since 1973.  Edward worked as a bank collections officer for several years, retiring in 2012 and was a proud Fourth Degree member of the Knights of Columbus.  He is survived by his beloved wife of 46 years, Rosalia "Rose" DiLalla (nee Ciolino), by their loving children, Mark DiLalla and his wife, Summer and Tony DiLalla and his fiancée, Monika, and by his cherished granddaughter, Briella.  "He is our Iron Man forever."

Friends and family are invited to attend the visitation held at Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Sunday, February 9, 2020 from 1 to 5 PM.  All will gather at the funeral home on Monday, February 10, 2020 at 10 AM then to Sacred Heart Church, Lyndhurst, where at 11 AM a funeral mass will be offered.  Entombment, Holy Cross Mausoleum, North Arlington.
