Obituary of Anna Marie Caputo

Caputo, Anna Marie (nee Lisi), 83, of Lyndhurst, died on Monday, February 24, 2020.  Mrs. Caputo was born and raised in Jersey City and was a resident of Lyndhurst for over 50 years.  Anna worked as an aide for the Rutherford Board of Education for several years, retiring in 2019.  She was the beloved wife of the late Sergio "Sonny" Caputo, devoted mother of Anthony G. Caputo, Suzanne Caputo Connors, and the late Christopher Caputo, devoted sister of Stella Canaris, Betty Russo, and the late William Lisi, loving grandmother of Sean and Ryan Connors, and great grandmother of Rylie Ann.  She is further survived by her beloved dogs, Chloe and Fuzzy.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, NJ on Friday, February 28, 2020 from 9:30 AM to 11 AM.  A funeral service will begin at 11 AM at the funeral home.  Interment, Hillside Cemetery, Lyndhurst.  In lieu of flowers, Anna's family requests donations be made in her memory to the Lyndhurst Emergency Squad, 297 Delafield Avenue, Lyndhurst, NJ 07071
