Obituary of Joseph J Castagnetti

Castagnetti, Joseph, J., 76, died on Tuesday, September 1, 2020.  Mr. Castagnetti was born in Jersey City, raised in Hoboken and has lived most of his life in Lyndhurst.  He was a Butcher by trade and worked for Kearny Shoprite for many years before retiring.  In 2006, he became a custodian working for the Lyndhurst Board of Education.  Joseph is predeceased by his beloved wife of 48 years, Madeline H (nee Reisen) in 2014.  He is survived by his loving children, Michele Hornberger & her husband, Richard, Joseph Castagnetti & his wife, Jodi and Laura Napolitano & her husband, Billy.  Also survived by his dear grandchildren, Jaylyn, Isabella, Joseph, Jr., Francesca, Zachary and Michael.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation held at the Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lynduhrst on Thursday, September 3, 2020 from 3 to 7PM.  Funeral service and commital are private.  Please express condolence to his family by using our tribute wall
