So sorry to hear of RoseMarie’s passing, or as I knew her, “Mel.”
I have fond memories of Mel and my mom, Nell Robinson, her lifelong friend from Brooklyn. Seeing your beautiful tribute reminded me of long-ago afternoons in the backyard with Joann, Bear the dog, and becoming neighbors when we moved to Lyndhurst in 1974. I also have fond memories of their circle of friends, including Pat Stelmack and Evelyn Vigna, gathered around each other's kitchen tables.
On behalf of the Robinson's, please accept our heartfelt condolences. May you find comfort that she's at peace and perhaps even reunited with family and friends from the old neighborhood.
