Obituary of Carol A. Magarelli

Magarelli, Carol Ann (nee Tarallo), 86, of Lyndhurst died on Monday, January 4, 2021. Mrs. Magarelli was a life long resident of Lyndhurst. She attended the Little Red Schoolhouse 1st and 2nd grades and graduated from Lyndhurst High School in 1952. She was a mechanical draftsman for many years and later became a supervisor for National Council on Compensation Insurance. Carol, with her husband, was an active parishioner of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, where she was a member of the Rosary Society and Social Concerns Committee. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Joseph Michael Magarelli in 2010. Carol is survived by her loving and cherished children, Joseph Michael Jr. and dear wife, Diane, dear Adrienne Carol, Mark and dear wife, Karen, by her cherished grandchildren Breanna Hill (Greg), Lena Krone (Vincent), Nicholas and Christopher Magarelli and by her dear great granddaughter, Claire Hill. Also survived by her brother, Joseph Tarallo and his wife, Ginger.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation held at Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on  Thursday, January 7, 2021 from 4 PM to 8 PM.  All will gather at the funeral home on Friday, January 8th at 9 AM then to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Lyndhurst where at 10 AM a Funeral Mass will be offered.  Entombment services will be private.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Carol's memory to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Lyndhurst. Please express your condolences to Carol's family by using our Tribute Wall.
