Pat & I began our friendship in February of 1979 when we met on the corner of Congress St. & Palisades Ave. as we waited for the bus en route to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in NYC. I'll never forget the day when we walked home together in a snowstorm from the Lincoln Tunnel after our bus broke down & we ended up in Narrowback's for a few cocktails & a bite to eat! Over the years, our journey took us to the WTC, then back to JSTC & lastly, P.A. Police HQ on Erie St. in Jersey City. We shared a special friendship for over 40 years & you'll be sorely missed by all your friends, family & co-workers!!! All my Love & XOX's forever & ever, Marilyn Vukan-Csontos

Sad to hear about this. I worked with Pat in the PABT Resident Engineer's Office when I first started as a secretary with the Port Authority. She was very helpful to me, and since I didn't know much about the city then, she took me out at lunchtime and taught me about getting credit cards and catching the sales at Macy's, Bloomingdale's, and bargaining for sample clothing at wholesale manufacturers on Seventh Avenue. I remember Tina and Lisa coming to the office as little girls.
I saw her from time to time over our following years at the PA, and I know her kids and grandkids were everything to her. Rest in Peace, Pat.

The passing of my beloved sister-in-law has left a hole in my heart and in our family.
I loved Patty more then she would ever know. Not only was she the most incredible sister-in-law any man could ever wish for, Patty was also more then Aunt Patty to Jackie & Ellie she was a second mother. Eileen and Patty’s bound and love for each other was beautiful .
Her love for Tina & Lisa and her grandchildren was endless.
Patty you are missed today and you will be missed each and everyday.
I love you
Rest In Peace

Tina and Lisa I’m so sorry for your loss. As you know your mom and I worked together for close to 30 years PT as I used to call her was loved by anyone who came into contact with her. You two along with the kids were the sunshine of her life not a day went by that she was excited about something. Roy and Eileen you were always there for her Pati appreciated it more than you will ever know. Jac and El your aunt was very proud of you, at times I thought she was stalking because she knew everything that was going on. I will close letting you know that God has added an angel among angels.

I cannot believe I am seeing this. So many childhood memories I have with you in it. Always allowed us to sleep at your house and never wanted us to bother u while u watched your shows in your room. Me and Lisa would build a clubhouse up in the storage area above the closet and you always got annoyed but never yelled at us. We drove you crazy but you loved us unconditionally.
Pat, May you rest in eternal peace. (Your Irving street Kids) xoxo.
