Obituary of Carole A. Pezzolla

Pezzolla, Carole A. (nee Vai), 78, of Lyndhurst, passed away on Friday, October 29, 2021 after a long battle with multiple myeloma, surrounded by the love and support of her family.  Mrs. Pezzolla was a lifelong resident of Lyndhurst where she worked as a sales assistant for Frank's Truck Center for 25 years, retiring in 2005.  She also worked for the Township of Lyndhurst Parks Department for 10 years, retiring in 2013.  Carole was predeceased by her beloved husband, Richard J. Pezzolla in 2011 and by her dear sister, Rosa Latella in 2004.  She is survived by her loving children, Michele Pezzolla Kesack and Tina Catalano and her husband, Michael, by her cherished grandchildren, Danny Kesack and Juliann Catalano, by her sister-in-law, Jane Donnellon, and by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, NJ on Monday, November 1, 2021 from 4 - 8 PM.  All will gather at the funeral home on Tuesday, November 2 at 10 AM where a funeral service will begin at 11 AM.  Interment, Hillside Cemetery, Lyndhurst.  In lieu of flowers, Carole's family requests donations be made in her memory to VITAS Inpatient Hospice Unit, 220 Hamburg Turnpike, Wayne, NJ 07470 or online by clicking here. You may express your condolences to Carole's family by using our tribute wall.
