Obituary of Thomas J. Bauer

Bauer, Thomas, 74, of Bayonne, died on Thursday, December 9, 2021.  Mr. Bauer was born in Brooklyn, NY and lived most of his life in Jersey City.  He was a resident of Bayonne since 2000.  Thomas worked as a dairy manager for Pathmark in Hackensack for 30 years, retiring in 1997.  In retirement, he worked as a doorman for several buildings in Hoboken.  Tom was predeceased by his beloved wife of 52 years, Mary Ann Bauer (nee Fiedler) in 2020. He is survived by his loving daughters, Tracey Pfleging and her husband, Tommy and Kathy Murgittroyd and her husband, Joe, by his cherished granddaughters Kayla & Madison Pfleging and Erin, Kara & Ava Murgittroyd, and by his dear great grandson, Joshua Thomas Pfleging, along with his dog that he loved with all of his heart, Penny.
