Obituary of Jean S. Lacidonia

Lacidonia, Jean S (nee Tremonte), 90, died on Sunday, December 19, 2021. Mrs. Lacidonia was born and raised in Jersey City and has been a resident of Lyndhurst for the past 64 years.  She was an office manager for Kappe Electric of East Rutherford for over 25 years and then for Midway Aircraft in Teterboro for 10 years, retiring in 1990.  Jean was a fixture in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church.  As an active parishioner, she also was a eucharistic minister and part of the rosary soceity.  

 Jean is predeceased by her beloved husband, John A. Lacidonia in 2013. She is survived by her loving children, Victoria Carrelle & her husband, Nicholas, Gaila Jean Lacidonia and the late Donna Mura, by her dear grandchildren, Thomas Settembrino & his Fiance, Cleonice and Melissa Mura, and her step great grandchildren, Lucas and Nicholas.  

Relative and friends are invited to attend the visitation held at Nazare Memorial Home Inc. 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 from 3 to 7 PM.  All will gather at the funeral home on Thursday, December 23, 2021 at 9AM then to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Lyndhurst where at 10AM a Funeral Mass will be offered.
