MaryAnn, growing up you were a second mother to me. I was over your house every single day. You’ve scolded me as much as you scolded Denise when we did something stupid. Your home was always my home and you fed me countless times and gave me my first taste of Chicken Galore and started a lifelong addiction. I will keep your shoe and cards and memory close to my heart.
Every year, on this day, my birthday and the day you were set free and went home, I will honor your memory.
Rest easy beautiful lady. I will keep an eye on Denise for you.
