Obituary of Dorothy E. Kruza

Kruza, Dorothy E. (nee Farley), 91, died on Thursday, November 10, 2022.  Mrs. Kruza was born and raised in Bayonne and was a resident of Lyndhurst since 1961.  She worked as a keypunch operator for Western Electric in Kearny for 40 years.  She was also a member and secretary of Pioneers of America and a member of Hearts of Hope, helping to support and send teddy bears to families of critically ill children. Dorothy was predeceased by her beloved husband, Frank J. Kruza in 2011, by her devoted parents, the late William and Mary (nee Harvan) Farley, and by her dear brother and sisters, William Farley, Ellen Halligan, Laura Silvani, and Joan Penrose.  Aunt Dot is survived by many loving nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and a great-great-niece and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Nazare Memorial Home, Inc., 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, NJ on Monday, November 14, 2022 from 4 - 8 PM.  All will gather at the funeral home on Tuesday, November 15 at 10 AM then to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Lyndhurst where at 11 AM a funeral mass will be offered.  Entombment, Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington.  In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Dorothy's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or online by clicking here.  You may express your condolences to Dorothy's family by using our tribute wall.
