Sonnessa, George M. 83, of Woodside, NY, died on Wednesday, April 1, 2010. Mr. Sonnessa was born and raised in Manhattan, NY and has been a resident of Woodside for 46 yrs. He was a WWII Navy Veteran (1945-46). He a CPA for over 50 yrs., retiring in 2000. He was predeceased by beloved parents, the late Michael and Emily (nee Torre) Sonnessa and sisters and brothers, Gloria, Cristina, Felice, Tony and Salvatore. He is survived by his loving sisters, Jennie Sonnessa of Lyndhurst and Emily Sonnessa of Ocean Grove and by three generations of dear nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service held in Nazare Memorial Home, 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst on Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at 10 AM. Interment St. Raymond�s Cemetery, Bronx, NY. Visiting hours Monday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to:55 Kip Center, 55 Kip Avenue, Rutherford, NJ 07070
